Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dragons Community ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activity, distribute malware, harass or harm others, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You agree to use threat intelligence data responsibly and ethically, and not for malicious purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Platform provides access to threat intelligence data contributed by users and third parties. This data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You agree to use threat intelligence data responsibly, to validate data before taking action, and not to rely solely on this data for critical security decisions. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of threat intelligence data.

You may not: (a) use the Platform to conduct attacks or unauthorized testing against third-party systems; (b) sell, resell, or commercially exploit Platform data without authorization; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (d) use automated tools to scrape or collect data beyond authorized API limits; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (f) upload false or misleading threat intelligence data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dragons Community, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
